we hadden een aangenaam verblijf in het cozy appartement. Dit ligt even buiten het centrum van Leuven maar Leuven is makkelijk bereikbaar te voet (20') of met de fiets. Het recreatiedomein kessel-lo is vlakbij en ook een aanrader voor natuurliefhebbers en/of met kinderen.

Le studio de Tim est vraiment très original. Aménagé dans un garage, il y a tout ce qu'il faut et est idéal pour 2 personnes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons sans problème cette location.

Indeed its a cozy place with easy acces, everything was clean and Tim was helpful with some questions, so overall if you are planning to stay for a short while its a good place to rent. I didnt like that there was no door ( only curtain ) for the bathroom and tv not working !

Alles was in orde. Het binnengaan van de accommodatie door de kelder was even zoeken. Kamer is waarschijnlijk bewoond (door een student?), waardoor er heel wat privé- attributen in de ruimte waren. Gezien ik niet groot ben, had ik geen enkel uitzicht op de tuin (ramen te hoog). De kamer was netjes met een mooie, aparte badkamer en de mogelijkheid om te koken.

I really didn't like the fact that there was an extra charge that was not mentioned in the advertisement. You have to pay an extra €7 per night (cash), and I felt a bit blindsided by this, as this is only made clear after the reservation is already been confirmed. Other than that, the stay was great. Everything was present as expected, clean, easy arrival, etc..
