The place has so much potential! But, needs some love. It is on the 5th floor which is the roof. Prepare for a workout up 8 flights of stairs. So, don’t pack too many heavy bags. ;) From the street.. The entry way & the stairs can feel scary if you are a first timer in Seoul. But, it’s safe and it’s quiet once you are in your room. The best part of my stay was the comfortable bed & location. For a single person who travels to Seoul every few months. This was a good lil spot. But… The listing should have updated pictures of the room & of the rooftop. I feel the way it was stated in the listing makes one believe that the rooftop patio is set up nicely for one to enjoy. However, it is not.

Great value for money for the location it is at. Notes: -A bit of a smell: easily dealt with if you remember to air out room after showers. -Stairs only access: gets you fit, only 5 flights of stairs, you will survive :) -Toilet, Shower combo: all in one room, but easy to get use to. Hope this helps, host is very helpful. :)

Das Airbnb an sich ist sehr heruntergekommen und alt, d.h. die Tapete geht von den Wänden ab, im Badezimmer befindet sich Schimmel in den Ecken, die Matratze hat Flecken und so weiter. Das Airbnb befindet sich auf dem Dach (5. Etage) eines Gebäudes und vor allem am Wochenende kann es lauter werden, da viele auf das Dach kommen, um zu rauchen, da es auch eine Bar im Untergeschoss gibt. Alles in allem war ich sehr enttäuscht von dem Airbnb und es entspricht nicht genau den Bildern, die man vorher angucken kann. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen zu zweit in so einem kleinen Airbnb zu wohnen, vor allem wenn das Bad unglaublich winzig ist und es total kalt ist und ständig nach Chlor stinkt. Die Lage hingegen ist perfekt und man kann auch zu Fuß alles in der Hongdae Gegend erreichen.
