Recently constructed efficiency studio over garage with hardwoods, kitchenette, microwave, mini fridge, wi-fi, full bathroom, shower, dining area, sofa, and queen bed. Immaculately maintained. common deck area overlooking small pond. TV with HF channels.

Great neighborhood for walking or jogging. 617 homes on 75 acres. Very large neighborhood. Across the road from a Cary Parks and Rec facility that has disc golf, very nice tennis courts, a kids park, and more jogging trails.

出行信息

It is a bit difficult to get an Uber or Lyft from here at peak times of travel. If you have apps that can pre-schedule those rides, that will work. Not much in terms of public transportation from this neighborhood. You pretty much have to drive or car pool to your destination.
