Reto is incredibly generous, providing everything you could possibly need. From the moment we opened the door, we were pleasantly surprised by how well-appointed the place was. Reto has decorated the room beautifully, making us feel at home. The mattress in our room was incredibly soft, and the pillows made for the most comfortable sleep we've had while traveling. It was even more comfortable than beds and pillows in some five-star hotels. He takes exceptional care of his guests. I would give him 5 stars plus. We highly recommend staying in his room.

We are very impressed by how clean it is and the lovey decoration. Bed is very comfortable. The kitchen and shower room have everything you need. We stayed for 2 days and made nice dinners here. Very clear and detailed instruction. I can tell the host is a very detailed person and look after the accommodation.

Retro’s place is good than described, super clean, convenience, functional and has everything needed. We didn’t have the chance to meet with Reto during our stay while he was on vocation. We really appreciated that he let us stay fully exclusive. Thank you Reto, we’d like to come back again in the future☺️

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Reto's home! Reto's guides and recommendations are very clear and helpful. The location is quite near to the stations, and there are many interesting places to go. The room is very clean and well organized, just as in the photo. We even cooked a dinner at home and all the kitchen stuff we need is there! Absolutely a very nice place to stay! Highly recommended! :)

The small room in Reto's private apartment is perfectly located in the center of Lucerne, but still very quiet. You share the bathroom and kitchen with Reto, who offered coffee and cereals for breakfast at a very moderate rate. The living room and the balcony can also be used. Since Reto works until late in the night, he appriciates if you avoid noise, especially in the morning. He created a very warm atmosphere.
