Fran was an amazing host! She met us at the house at check-in and walked us through everything we needed to know. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was big and the living space was cozy. The wall of windows in the living room has a spectacular view of the lake and the house is easily walkable to the lake across the road. There were several restaurants and shops available just a short drive away (less than 10 min) which made this space perfect for a few days of rest and relaxation. We would happily stay with Fran again!

We stayed here to attend the Peters Valley Craft School. The location was central to restaurants, parks/trails, a farmer’s market, flea market, and the School. Smallish and cozy place to stay, has a lake cabin feel. The lake is across the street and there is a public access lane. But it’s a private lake and there are no recreation facilities at that access lane. If you want to swim you must pay $40 (for a couple) to use the local beach club.

What a lovely home! You can tell Frances takes great pride in her home and also being an Airbnb host. She also owns a few businesses down the street, including a liquor store (GEORGES) that has amazing snacks! We had a very relaxing stay- the house has everything you need and has a really nice vibe to it. Very cozy with modern amenities. We plan on staying here again very soon.
