We had a wonderful time here! If you are looking for a QUIET AND PEACEFUL stay, this one’s for you. You hear chickens, all the birds and sounds of nature and there’s deer that come through. It’s within 12 minutes of downtown, 4 minutes from Walmart, 2 minutes from Dollar general. If you have kiddos, there is an AWESOME park 3 minutes down the road at a community center. Kris was fabulous and oh so sweet! We look forward to our next stay at their property!

Cozy Cottage if fantastic. The 3 bedrooms are roomy and have very comfortable beds. It's on a dead end road so it is very peaceful and quiet. The fenced backyard is perfect for you furry family member. Even though it seems off the beaten path it is a quick 15 - 20 minute drive to all the major attractions and downtown. It also just a few minutes drive to I-24 for easy access north or south on I-24. Plus, there is a large QT Station with the least expensive gas anywhere around right there at I-24. It is an older cozy cottage but very comfortable. The heat worked great. Has a large dining room area and a nice comfortable living room. The kitchen is very well stocked. Kris is a fantastic host. We were very happy she stopped by to say hi and make sure we had everything we needed. We hope to be back !!

Kris is a wonderful host. Location was great just on the other side of the river and the place was comfortable with really great internet! (Some of us had to work remote while on this trip) thank you so much for providing such a cozy place for us and our little pug.
