When my initial travel plans looked to be going awry, Lisa was very understanding, friendly and responsive. Luckily it all worked out in the end and it was a delight to arrive at the cottage, albeit later than planned, my friend greeted me at the door and immediately felt like home. There were fresh flowers in both living rooms, a nice touch, milk in the fridge and the heating had been on. We were able to cook our dinner, relax and enjoy right away. The cottage is cozy, well thought out, well furnished with tasteful decoration, super comfy beds, well appointed and equipped bathrooms; I loved the free standing bath, perfect for a good soak after a long walk on the beach. I am from Heswall originally, this property is a perfect spot from which to visit the Wirral. A truly welcoming home from home with a picture perfect view. My little dog felt right at home too, as the place is very dog friendly, with the park just opposite. I will consider booking again, thanks for a delightful stay!

Wonderful stay. The cottage is beautifully and tastefully decorated, with superb views over the Dee estuary and the hills of North Wales in the distance. Yet is is within 5 mins walk of Heswall Town centre with its restaurants, shops and bus's into Liverpool. The perfect base for our week on the Wirral. Lisa is a great host and made everything so easy for us. Thank you.
