My family and I had a wonderful stay at Floris's villa. There was everything we needed as the villa was very well equipped and was spacious enough to easily accommodate all nine of us. We especially enjoyed having the heated swimming pool. The location is great for exploring the local area and there are plenty of child/adult friendly attractions within a short driving distance. We would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to visit again.

Wonderful place to have a three generation family reunion. Storm Nelson meant our first couple of days were wet but the heated pool was a particular bonus with the grandchildren. We managed without hiring any cars, the Uber (in April) was between 3 & 5 euros to the Intermarche, but there’s a Spar within a 15 minute walk which served most of our needs. It’s also worth making the effort to walk to the fish market at Carvoeiro where you can have your fish butterflied for the bbq! The villa is particularly spacious and well equipped including a table tennis table which made it very competitive! Eating out try - the Black Salt in the square.

Floris was a super host, the Villa was nicer than the photographs. The pool was warm and we felt very comfortable. All recommendations from Floris were true to description. Fantastic holiday and location!

Our group of friends thoroughly enjoyed spending time in this home. Worth the extra dollars to heat the pool as we used often. Space was large, kitchen was well appointed, plenty of private washrooms and neighbourhood was quiet and neighbours greeted us with smiles. Plenty of room to park our 3 rental cars and gate at road kept property secure. We had minor issues with home heating and one running toilet and Floris responded quickly and rectified all issues . In summary, I would not hesitate to rent this home again. Thank you Mr Floris for a wonderful holiday! Suzanne

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at this perfect getaway home. Floris was easy to deal with and always responsive. The pool area is hotel level with tons of seating, a pool table and outdoor fireplace for cooking. The house has everything necessary. Great kitchen and living area. Plenty of space and nice bedrooms for everyone. Walkable into Carvoeiro in 15min. Highly recommend.
