Beautiful modern home located in private, gated-community in the outskirts of San Juan. Located ten minutes from shopping/restaurants and ten minutes from hiking and mountain bike trails. Our house has exceptional natural light, a beautiful backyard with a swimming pool, a traditional Argentine patio with a built-in barbecue, and two terraces upstairs.

Wow! Rivadavia is amazing! Just what my wife & I needed. Incredibly clean in a great neighborhood. The host was very informative, helpful and had lots of guidance for our stay. We would highly recommend!

We are located in a gorgeous private neighborhood across from olive groves and eucalyptus trees. The neighborhood includes a tennis court, soccer field, basketball court, swimming pool, and open field areas. The natural setting makes it feel like a mountain escape, but cafes, bakeries, ice cream shops, restaurants, and markets are just minutes away.
We recommend guests rent a car if possible for greater mobility. Nonetheless, a bus stop is located at the entrance to our neighborhood and taxi services are available 24/7.
