Had a wonderful stay at Melinda’s place, she was concerned for my comfort and arranged everything at my disposal, she was sweet enough to fulfil my request of stay extension when I had fallen sick on my trip. Amazing host.

Melinda respondeu sempre muito rápido e atendeu aos nossos pedidos. O Check in foi muito flexível e conseguimos entrar antes pois chegamos muito cedo em Budapeste. Atendeu também aos nossos pedidos extras. Entretanto, a localização é muito longe do centro. Em torno de uma hora de transporte público até o mercado central. O bairro é calmo e bem afastado. Estávamos em apenas mulheres e na volta a noite não nos sentimos seguras. A entrada, assim como descrito por Melinda, está em construção. Cobertores muito finos. Embaixo das camas e no estrado do colchão estava bem empoeirado. Haviam apenas cinco colchões, e não 6 como nas fotos. O que é condizente pois fechamos para cinco pessoas. Então pagamos uma taxa extra para termos a sexta cama. Mas apesar disso, se você não achar problema em ficar longe do centro e estiver procurando algo barato, vale a pena ficar lá. O lugar é como nas fotos.

Melinda was a great host for us, she always reacted quickly and was very helpful during our stay. The apartment looks great, we had everything we needed and Melinda even offered that she can bring us more things if we would like. The garden can fit multiple cars what is a huge plus. The distance to the city center is good also, you can use nearby tram or the XL taxi cost us ~15€ which is a good price for 5 people. If we will be coming to Budapest again we will book this apartment :)

Melinda's place was great. The apartment was clean, it had two fans and a mosquito net in the window which was very helpful in the heat. Melinda left us information about everything that could be necessary in case something happens (where is the nearest pharmacy, hospital, emergency numbers ect.). Melinda was very helpful and communicative, and responded quickly. Something to have in mind while choosing this apartment is that it is around an hour to most of the popular places in Budapest, but on the upside it's amazingly communicated so you don't even notice the time you take communicating.

The place is spacious with comfortable beds. It has everything one might need. Flexible check-in/check-out. The host was very responsive.
