Listing stated the pool and spa would be heated. There was no gas/propane to the place so the pool and spa were cold. After finding babysitters and scheduling everything for a nice get away with my wife..this was upsetting. Charlie was accommodating to come out right away and see for himself. However, there was nothing that could be done. The gas company had not delivered. He told me I could get refunded and find another airbnb after we had just unpacked everything?Again not happy. We decided to stick it out and hope for the best. Thankfully the next day gas company finally came mid-day. Then after finally having heat in the spa and pool we couldn’t wait to sit outside at night and enjoy the spa. Come to find out, there’s no light for the spa. So we sat in the dark. At this point Charlie stopped messaging me back after asking about spa light and we just couldn’t wait to go back home. Place is cool but these things should’ve been checked before booking us. No compensation was given.

We loved our stay at the La Quinta getaway. Everything was super clean and there were lots of extra thoughtful amenities. The decor was very charming. We enjoyed walking on the trail that was conveniently located across the street and Old Town is just about a mile walk from the house. We also enjoyed the spa and pool. Charlie was a great host as well, he really went out of his way to help us out. We definitely recommend a stay at Coachella Vacation Homes!

We had such a wonderful time celebrating my husbands 40th birthday at Charlie’s home! It was a beautiful and comfortable space and we really enjoyed the pool. Location is excellent, a short drive or 1 mile walk to a lovely farmers market, coffee shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location. Beautiful view of the foothills with an awesome walking path across the street that we used every day. The house was located close to restaurants and shops. It had a great layout for two couples to stay and the kitchen was well stocked.
