Apartment with Stunning Views, Pool and Private Garden. A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment near to Panicale & close to Lake Trasimeno. This elegantly furnished apartment is situated on the upper level of a converted olive farm house, over looking truly magnificent views that will take your breath away. The living space is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs, large leather sofa, fire place and wood burning stove, TV with Blu-Ray player, safe and unlimited wireless wifi. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is large and airy with a king size bed, side tables with lamps and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom is petite with two twin beds with wardrobes. Both rooms provide stunning views across the valley. The bathroom comes with a large corner shower, wash basin, toilet and washing machine. Within the apartment is a clothes dryer, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. The apartment has its own large private garden where you can enjoy alfresco dining on a marble top table under an Italian rustic pergola. A perfect place for privacy and sunbathing in the day and great spot to use the apartment's own Weber bbq. The loggia outside the double doors presents the perfect place to enjoy breakfast with its table and chairs providing a cosy spot to take in the views as the sun rises. The private complex of six apartments provides access to its own 15 metre roman ended swimming pool. The pool is open and cleaned professionally on a regular basis during the summer months. Pool is open 15th May to the end of September. Casa Isabella provides its guests with 4 sun-beds and parasols. A bocce court is situated on the lower level south of the swimming pool allowing guests to take part in this classic Italian game. Free parking within the secure gated complex. Character Features : The apartment has traditional Italian hand made terracotta flooring and characteristic wood beam ceilings throughout and exposed stone wall.

A great place to relax, although a shared pool (well maintained) it was never busy so felt like we had it to ourselves. Isabelle & Pauline were very responsive to queries & provided lots of useful tips. A great place to visit some of the lovely Umbrian towns such as Perugia, Siena, Orvieto to name but a few!
Wir verbrachten eine tolle, erholsame Zeit im Casa Isabella. Die Lage entsprach total unseren Vorstellungen und Wünschen. Die Wohnung war sauber, gepflegt und sehr heimelig. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl! Kurz gesagt, es war ein Traum!
We chose Isabelle’s for the amenities and its location and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The pool was a very welcome amenity during the hot weather and the views from the pool as well as every room in the apartment are incredible. Our gps didn’t get us quite to the right location but a quick call with Pauline got us there within minutes. We had a very warm welcome by Pauline. The apartment is well kitted out and the fans in each room were a blessing during the heatwave! There are so many villages and towns worth visiting all within a short driving distance and there are lots of hike and cycle paths in the area and around lake trasemeno. Good train connections for Rome, Siena and Florence from nearby towns. If you want to combine sightseeing with some relaxation days this is the place to be!!
Once again, great holidays in paradise! This place is simply perfect. The house, the equipment, the garden, the landscape, and good relation with Isabel. We can't wait to go back :)
Environnement magnifique, très calme. Maison petite mais fonctionnelle au 1er étage. Nous avons adoré la vue sur les collines. L’appartement est sous les toits, donc par temps très chaud (36) il fait 30 degrés dans tout l’appartement même si on ferme tôt le matin. Mais comme l’appartement est traversant avec beaucoup de fenêtres, il y a une circulation d’air naturelle qui « rafraichit » Moustiquaires très bien venues car c’est l’invasion et ils sont voraces. Très belle terrasse dont nous n’avons pas profité à cause des moustiques. Le gazon autour est arrosé copieusement chaque matin et c’est une des raisons je pense de la prolifération des moustiques.

The location of Casa Isabella is in a perfect position for chilling out in the Umbrian hills. Close by are railway links which give you the opportunity to visit the most amazing cities of Italy, Rome, Florence and Sienna all within a 2 hour journey and many more historical towns even closer. The wonderful Umbrian capital of Perugia is only 40 minutes away by car and Assisi a must visit. If you like to walk, the hills of Umbria will take your breath away. Stop and enjoy a leisurely lunch with local wines in one of the many family run resturants. If you prefer to just relax in the beautiful Roman ended pool overlooking the stunning views, as the hot afternoon sun blends into the warm summer evenings the perfect place to immerse yourself into your favourite book. We would advise you hire a car during your stay at Casa Isabella. Having the option to drive and explore the local hill top towns or drive to sight see in the historic cities nearby is a must.
There is a train station in Castiglione Del Lago which you can visit Florence and Pisa from. Trains from Chiusi will take you to Rome for a fantastic day trip.

We have always dreamt of a holiday home abroad for our family. My brother introduced us to Borgo degli Olivi when he was purchasing the apartment below us. We arrived together in Umbria and immediately fell in love with the people, the countryside and the ambience of this beautiful region. When we saw the apartment we knew immediately our dreams were to become a reality. We have enjoyed so many happy family times together. Our sons now married all share the same feelings each and every time we visit our beautiful home Casa Isabella has been our haven of relaxation, peace and tranquillity as well as having allowed us to explore the amazing historical, cultural country of Italy. Now we feel this is the time to share and hope all our guests will feel the same as us that this is truly a special place that will create memories of Italy to treasure forever!
