Just for future folks. There is no air conditioning. I did not pay attention to that detail and it was hot as heck when the sun was shining directly at the big beautiful windows. There is only one bathroom and you have to walk through a bedroom to reach it. The tv is towards the front of the place and there are small keys for each large window/door for each section of the house. Place is beautiful.

It was perfect stay to relax with a pool near the Oasis with a little less hustle. There are a few Restaurants in walking distance and a Bar just next door. Communication and Check in were very easy and smooth.
