Great spot on Lake Leon. This was our 3rd time to rent the place . We will be back.

So let’s start with the good things about this property. There is so much room outside and it is fenced in so there was plenty of room for our family and our dog to run around. The lake was extremely low so you can’t really see it from the property. Mindy was very responsive to any messages we sent. Now the bad things. Upon arrival we noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. There was still bar soap in the shower with hair all over it, my wife had to clean the whole bathroom herself as well as some very concerning mold in the shower that is very significant! The whole wall should probably be replaced under the faucet. It didn’t look as if the cleaner swept or moped the floor. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and squeak very loud we didn’t sleep well at all during our stay. When we opened the curtains on all the windows there were webs and bugs in almost every window as if they had not been cleaned in a long time. 2 security cameras that concerned us with us having kids.

Easy to find and in a great location. Disappointed that the lake levels were so low. Not very modern inside and needs some updates but very comfy and adequate for our needs. Super loved the fenced yard for my dogs. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The photos had us expecting rustic, however, this home needs many repairs, so went beyond rustic.
