Nice accommodation for this price, Julay upgraded my room for the room with AC for free, she also has a cafe with fresh bowls and smoothies, location is very good, on the quiet street but very close to the city center and all infrastructure. It’s a guest house, so you have a chance to meet nice people there :) but be ready to share bathroom and kitchen, which isn’t equipped good, but there are restaurants nearby, so you can just skip cooking. The only disadvantage of my staying was dust in the room and that once I left the room for a couple of hours and left AC turned on for my cat, when I was back I found that they came in and turned it off, but turned on the fan, so if you want to feel more safe, don’t use AC too much :)

Beautiful house in an autentic thai neigborhood. I had booked the fan room and Julay upgraded it to an AC room, no charge. You can also use a bike from the house. Great smoothies to at Monkey Bowls! It´s a good option to stay in Chiang Mai and a great deal for the price. I recomend!

Julay, Will, and Tiger (the house cat) were very friendly! I really had a good time here :) She has a delicious smoothie bowl and breakfast shop in front so you might want to check that out too. There is no air conditioner in the room, but it was not too hot, however, you might want to consider a different option if you're not used to the heat. Julay also has 1-2 room(s) with AC, so you can contact her or check her listing.
