Wow! It was an amazing stay, the house was so beautiful and comfortable, everything was so clean and neat. (Probably one of the cleanest house I ever stayed in) The layout of this house was so convenient -the children had all the downstairs for themselves, they enjoyed so much from the game room/ pool table, hot tub, Stephan was super quick responsive and welcoming . The location was very convenient, 5 minutes from the ski slopes, and less than 10 minutes to Gatlinburg downtown. We will definitely want to come back here! Thank you, Stephan!

We were welcomed by a family of bears our first evening at Bear Sanctuary. The layout of the house was perfect for our family, and had easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and Ober. We enjoyed playing pool and poker in the game room, and watching movies with the family. Stephan was prompt to respond to all inquiries and was very helpful.

This is my second time staying here and it still met my expectations. Love the area, it’s close to town but yet far enough away to be peaceful. Will stay here again!

The Bear Sanctuary was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for our family of seven. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The parking and easy access was great for us. We would definitely rent again for next year if our schedule works out.
