We had a lovely stay over the bank holiday weekend. This a very peaceful location and very relaxing and immaculately done out. It is a long way from pubs and restaurants which may not suit some but we were fine with it. We left the car at home. Took the bus ride to Ventnor and then a taxi on from there. Subsequently we loved the 30-40 minute walks into Ventnor and the other way to the Buddle Inn (make sure you book). If you like walking this is a wonderful spot so close to the coastal path and myriad other paths through unique and beautiful countryside. Would also recommending hiring ebikes - we got all the way to the Needles on them -hired from Zoom-IOW in nearby Niton who picked us up and dropped us back after our day out. Not sure it would work for us for a longer stay as there is no cooker, just a microwave and toaster, but it was perfect for us over a long weekend.

We had a lovely break. Toni and Rik were great hosts, the place was spotless and had everything you needed. Great, peaceful location for exploring the Isle of Wight. Highly recommend.

We felt immediately at home in Toni's rental accommodation. Toni gave us lots of tips re. places to see, walk and eat! The rental was extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a super place to stay to easily visit the rest of the IOW. Toni and Ric were extremely friendly, yet totally respected our personal space. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely setting and really peaceful. The accommodation was cosy and really warm. A welcoming touch was the provision of milk tea/coffee and some cereals for the mornings. Bed was really comfortable with great pillows and duvet. Bathroom was spotless. We arrived earlier than anticipated and Toni made us feel very welcome and said it was not a problem. Both Toni and Rick suggested all sorts of pubs and restaurants we could try and there was a file also available to browse through with points of interest. All in all we’ve had a lovely few days and would highly recommend staying with Toni.

What a lovely stay we had! Perfect hosts with great recommendations for restaurants and walks. The house was perfect and spotless, we wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back next year for sure! ❤️
