My recent stay at Sam's Airbnb was outstanding. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. so i stayed here for two months exactly and it was my first time in Canada. Firstly I’d probably rate it like a 4.5/5 for my overall stay because location wise it was 10/10 like everything was around you and it was easy to get by considering the grocery/subway/restaurants and shops so location wise it was absolutely perfect. The building was also really nice and extremely secure considering you need your key to enter through most of the doors so that’s great and the concierge persons downstairs are super friendly they helped me with everything especially the girl with the curly hair and the big guy! they were the best. In terms of the actual apartment the bed and the little table are different from the pictures and i think they could’ve honestly had more pots and pans (but that’s only if you really plan to cook that much its okay still) the bed however takes up a lot of space in the room so it might get a little annoying to get around but regardless i would absolutely stay here again !

I really liked the place. It was located in the very safe and convenient area and I always enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. The unit was clean and the kitchen was user-friendly. There was a very large round table, which was really convenient. My host , Sam, was very kind and friendly. There was no lamp on the bedside table in the bedroom. When I told him about it, Sam got me a small bedside lamp, which was really helpful. The concierge was friendly and I always enjoyed talking with her. I really liked staying there! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Sam's place. The apartment was just like the listing, and is in a great location. Having in-suite laundry made the trip go a lot smoother, and the kitchen worked well to cook in. The location is close to everything, with lots to eat and do in the neighborhood and close to the subway for when you need to get further afield. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my 7 weeks stay at Sam’s unit. It’s cozy and has an artistic interior and had everything I needed. The area is nice and the building staff are friendly, the building was secure. Sam was super friendly and responsive to all my questions and inquiries, he ensured my stay was comfortable. I would recommend this place and would stay again if I’m back in Toronto.
