Nice place to live. You will feel very comfortable living at the property. Isaac, the manager is a fantastic guy. He is always there to help. He’s a very helpful gentleman. I’ll surely stay the again. It’s worth the money I paid for the property.

Le logement de Des était tel qu’indiqué sur la description. Les pièces sont larges, éclairées et propres. Il y avaient toutes les comodités mentionnées. L’hôte a été très disponible tout au long du séjour, à l’écoute et nous a bien accomodé. Je le recommande sans hésitation 🙂

First of all: A very Big Thank You to my Host Des and the whole team at Desville Apartments. It was a great stay and I enjoyed everyday I stayed at the Cundy Lodge. From a brother living currently in Germany but also having lived over 10 years in Ghana, I can only recommend this Airbnb location in Accra. So let's start from the beginning: 1. Finding this place was very easy. It is a prominent location which is listed on Google maps. When arriving in Accra, just put in Desville Apartments into Google maps and follow directions. 2. Once there just ring the bell and Isaac (the property manager) will open the gate for you and warmly welcome you. Isaac who is very friendly and extremely professional will then introduce you to the property and amenities available and then hand over the keys to you. A big thank to Isaac. He was always available and ready to help me. 3. Cundy lodge has all the Amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The standard of living is exactly what you will find in any German household. It boast of a nicely equipped living room perfect to host your guest and even have small get togethers. There is Digital TV and Bluetooth equipped Surround systems available. This room also has a air conditioning and roof ventilator available. There are two bedrooms available; the master bedroom and guestroom. Both rooms also have air conditioning and a roof ventilator available. The master bedroom has enough storage space for your clothes and other stuff available. There is even a television available. The kitchen was perfect. All needed modern equipment were available and fully functional. I was so happy that I could wash my clothes at home. The washing machine works perfectly. The bathroom and WC were clean and hygienic. Basic washroom utilities like hand washing soap were also available upon arrival. This for me was a great little gesture. Now to the Utilities: Electricity was always available. And when the lights went out in Accra, the generator was quickly switched on. Water was always available. WiFi was included and very good to use. It finished once during my stay. But was refreshed on the next day. In conclusion WiFi was also always available. Parking space was also plenty and readily accessible. I had some few friends over and they could always park in the house even overnight. Desville Apartments is located in a very safe and friendly neighbourhood. It's not directly in Accra's hotspots but due to its vantage location close to the Pokuase interchange places like Osu, East Legon and Labadi are very easily accessible. By taking the route over the Interchange I was able to get to Osu in about 15min. The roads over that route are also A+++. You have access to the Apartments 24/7.  Meaning I could go out at any time and be assured that I could return safely to my lodge. The property manager was also available around those times. As said both my Host Des and Isaac the property manager were very forthcoming and helpful. Communication was very good. Even if Des couldn't address an issue right away, his property manager conveyed it right away to his Boss. Des then made sure to personally come speak to me and find a solution to any issue I had. The service commitment in Desville Apartments is 5 stars. So did I have an Issue. Yes. But it was so miniscule and quickly resolved, that even mentioning it in this review is a bit useless. As said the service commitment is that great!!! Again I want to thank both Des my Host and the Property management team greatly. I really enjoyed everyday in Ghana for the last 3 weeks and one big reason was; me being able to come Home to Desville Apartments though I was not at my original home in Germany. Desville Apartments is a home away from home with an extra service commitment to its guest. I hope I can come stay at Desville Apartments again when I visit Ghana. P.s  Ghana 🇬🇭 is great. Don't miss out on the opportunity to visit this beautiful and vibrant Country.

Desville apartment is the best Airbnb that I have been to. My husband and I had the pleasure staying here for a short visit of two days. However, Desmond the host came an greeted us that evening when we checked in. His caretaker of the compound Ike is just a sweet soul, and so helpful. This was actually our second stay at this location and since our last visit there has been some upgrades such as a new microwave and a wardrobe placed in the master room, new shower head in the shower room and a fresh new coat of paint on the exterior building. Here at Desville, I feel at home or as close to my American amenities, there is a washer, full size refrigerator, kitchen supplies with all appliances that would be need to prepare your own daily meals if you want. Nice cool air conditioning units that blow the coolest Alaska breeze air. There is a washer , clothes will have to be air dried but having a washer is a top amenity that I require because I do not like taking dirty clothes back home. Another thing that is good about this Airbnb is that the internet is really good for possible use of online work or schooling. I had no issues with service during my stay. Now I could just keep writing and telling you how amazing this location is and how much my husband and enjoy being here, but your truth will be found once you book for yourself. What are you waiting for. Book in advance, before it’s too late.
