No words, Daniel's place is perfect. I love the penthouse is very functional, beautiful, with direct sunlight 🥰 and everything work perfect... the air conditioner you will just felt because basically don't make noises. The building is very quiet, private and secure. Daniel is very friendly. I wanna back for sure, will be one of my houses in NYC. thank you so much Daniel!!!

We stayed a little more than a month. Super clean, comfortable, easy to get to with most amenities nearby. Can’t get better than this. Daniel was super accommodative, responsive and friendly. Highly recommended

Daniel is a great host, very responsible. Washer, dryer, and dish washer are easy to operate. Bathrooms and kitchen are modern. Decorations are artful. We tried his restaurant next door. Very fresh and delicious - I am comparing with restaurants in NYC!

Daniel was a great host, always going the extra mile. The unit was very nice, with an excellent kitchen and washer/dryer. The easy access to Chinatown was a plus for my work assignment. Though my stay was in winter, I also enjoyed going up to the shared balcony for a view of the neighborhood, and it would be a fun bar-b-q spot in the spring, summer, and fall. The food at the restaurant downstairs was excellent, and the easy access was a plus for those "no time to cook" moments. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay in this apartment.

Great place to escape after exploring the city. Close to subway and short walk to restaurants and LES, SOHO etc Perfect for longer stays too
