Romantic home with ambiance. yard lighting creates a mood 4 romance. Stylish with new appliances. This is a charmer three bedroom in downtown Grand a junction with a one minute drive commute to St. Mary’s hospital. Quiet neighborhood . Bi-level. Home has swap cooler and individual coolers as needed. IN ORDER to get the lights on in back yard you just have to plug extension cord into the cord hanging from the red building in back. Please unplug at night as they are very bright for neighbors This is a residential neighborhood so strick noise complaints are inforced. 10pm deadline for backyard noise is what we ask of our guests. Quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of attractions in GJ. Spacious, AC and swamp cooler worked great during the hot weekend we were up there.
Great place! Enjoyed our stay
This location was perfect for a family getaway to grand junction. The house was quaint, well kept, and in the heart of grand junction. Vicki was an amazing host, and made the stay absolutely worth the trip. The neighborhood was quiet and felt like home.
