Parfait pas loin du centre (15 mn à pied), un peu excentré de la zone hotelière, mais proche du marché municipal.

We are so happy we chose Rui's place for our stay! It was in the local area, 5 minutes from the beach, and 10-15 minutes walk from the center. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There were a few times when there was no water, but it came back within a few hours. Rui was very responsive to all of our messages. For the price, it's a great place and I'd recommend it!

Fijn huis, fijne locatie, net appartement.Enige mankement was echt dat water veel uit viel en ook electra een keer. Kwam later wel vanzelf weer aan. voor de rest super!

Nuestra estancia en la vivienda de Rui ha estado genial. Tanto, que tras dos semanas, decidimos alargarla 10 días más. Estamos de viaje mientras teletrabajamos, y esta vivienda ha sido la opción perfecta. Es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Rui ha sido muy amable y nos ha ayudado en todo momento. Muy recomendable.

The flat is really cute and Rui very friendly and responsive. But there were a few issues there and I had to move out after the first 3 nights. I had originally booked from 19 Jun-03 Jul and I moved out on 22nd Jun due to the shortage of water in Rui's flat since I had arrived. During the first 3 days Rui offered as an alternative to move to one of his friend's flats which was available and had running water. So I kept using both flats at the same time. On 21 Jun the water returned to Rui's flat. But on 22nd the water stopped again. At that point I told Rui I could no longer stay there. He was very apologetic about my misadventure and refunded the full amount when I moved out. Another issue I had to bring to Rui's attention was the cleanliness of the flat. There was a lot of sand in the shower dish, the kitchen top was very dusty and the windows were totally covered with sand. He sent a cleaner to clean but she did not clean thoroughly. I guess this was due to the lack of water
