Disappointing stay due to a broken and unusable oven and a TV that only worked through casting, so no live TV or Freeview and no manual remote. They did try to fix both but to no avail and both seemed to be wiring connections/aerial issues. There was an air fryer for cooking but it hadn't been cleaned. There was a mountain of washing up left on the drainer which I had to put away. The fridge/freezer and cupboards had opened and leftover food and the handheld shower had very low pressure and minimal water outlet holes so you couldn't shower properly. Double plug sockets only had one that would work as the other was taped up. Th usable sockets didn't have sufficient power so wouldn't charge properly. There were 2 across the unit in total. Also unplugged extension cables loosely on the kitchen/studio floor. Massive shame as the unit is perfectly designed, private, spacious and has a comfortable bed, but misses the mark on guest experience and overall comfort.

It was a fantastic stay over at Tranquility’s place. Everything listed was there plus more, we were able to cook, and go out for some food here and there. The stay is near two bus and a train station, so quite convenient to travel around Croydon and get to London proper. We will definitely stay again when we visit London! Thank you 😁✌️

Anyone trying to get out of the rush of central London and see some cool neighborhoods, this is a great place to stay.
