-Host was kind, room was similar to pictures. -Surprised to find the room was pre-cooled with AC and relaxing jazz music is being played on the TV to welcome us. -Bed was comfortable,bathroom was clean, shower is working as expected. -Few flights of stairs down from roadside parking in front of entrance to reach the room. -Walk way to room smelled like animal, probably because of the corridors and stairs having lots cats and dogs albeit this is out of the host control. -Balcony and toilet are fixed with insect netting, but somehow insect still able to crawl in especially termite alates attracted by lights. -Pin location on map given was inaccurate, pin was dropped at Bentong down while the actual location is bukit tinggi which is 30 minute away. -Carpet needs deep cleaning as its filled with stain which makes it feels dirty. -Balcony was facing the road, could be noisy when loud vehicle pass by. -Fridge is near the bed, expect some subtle noise when sleeping. Aside from the unexpected difference in location, some battles with insect, overall was a comfortable stay.
Cleanliness is good and the unit’s fixtures are pretty new. Host was very helpful and gave a very good customer experience. It’s a cozy unit and just nice for single or two person.
I would say that our stay at this unit was great and soothing so that when you sit on the balcony, you can hear the splash of water, birds, and crickets. Although it is right next to the road, you can hear all the cars and motorcycles, especially at night, which is quite loud. The unit is clean, with the exception of no WiFi and a limited number of TV channels to choose from. Perhaps all that is required is an upgrade to the bath tub, as well as the water valve and pipes. The neighbours appear to have too many cats surrounding them, which is fine with me since I love animals. Chandra and Ayu, Irene's staff, are extremely friendly and helpful. Irene is also incredibly responsive to all of my questions and requests. Thank you, Irene! Overall, we had a good time in this unit. 👍

Irene is the senior who enjoys the simple pleasures in life. She now lives her life away from the hustle and bustle of the city as she enjoys her life in her home she fondly calls ‘The Livingstone’. Irene has recently decided to share her home with a garden and opened her home "Livingstone" to guests as she moves on to a new premise she names "My Shield" . Irene enjoys meeting people and lending a helping hand when the need arises. Ben is the junior and is a seasoned traveller. He balances work and his family of 3 young kids whilst trying to plan for his next trip. When he is not at work, Ben enjoys all things technology, tinkering with his gadgets and spending quality time with his family. Both Ben and Irene understand good service and hope to be a great host whilst getting the chance to meet new people and understand new cultures.
