Stayed here for 3 months and really enjoyed my time there. Location is perfect. Only steps away from my favourite cafes and the old port. The apartment was very clean and organized. Just as described and even better. Communication with Alec was very smooth and effective. I would recommend this place to other renters.

My son stayed at Alec’s apartment for almost four months. He was following an exchange program of his university between Switzerland and Canada. He enjoyed his stay at this apartment because everything was perfect. Not only the apartment is very nicely decorated and has everything you need for a long stay, on top of that the building is well secured and has a large private gym and a swimming pool on the roof ! ( cleaned every day ) . It also has a very nice common area for small gatherings or simply study or work which was handy during the covid lockdowns. The apartment is situated in a nice neighborhood which is trendy and stylish. Nice restaurants, boulangerie for European bread , nail and hairdresser and last but not least supermarket and boutiques. There is even a small supermarket just down the building for emergencies! My son was walking distance from his University ( ETS ) and Mc Donald’s… The apartment is also walking distance to the water and 15 min walk to the center or the old Montreal. There is a bike stop just down the building and you can go to the down even faster by bike. Finally Alec himself is a very nice and polite person . He is responsive and takes action fast to arrange things in case something is missing or needs to be repaired. He also left plenty of dry food items and bathroom items to help at the start of your stay , which was well appreciated. The apartment is bright during daytime and has a small private balcony as well . It was very clean at our arrival. I can only recommend future guests to stay at Alec’s house. You feel quickly at ease just like home.

Great place, and perfect location in the heart of Montreal. Alec’s place was very clean and very well decorated. He responded extremely quick to any questions I had and was accommodating!
