Our family of 3 had a great experience staying at Ian and Edgar’s place. We felt that this place was good value for money and are grateful with Ian and Edga’s responsiveness and help throughout our stay. The pictures are fairly accurate with the property, and everything in the house is convenient to make your stay memorable (towels for the pool, gear for the beach, etc.). The only caveat is while the property was overall clean (bedding, bathroom, kitchen, and linen were all clean), the furniture and kitchen utensils were old, and sometimes stained. The property is located in a peaceful community, which is what we were looking for, but if you are looking for a buzzing place, this is not a place for you. We recommend this property for families looking for a peaceful property and will come back if we come back to the Algarve.

Six of us (two kids, parents and grandparents) had a lovely stay in this villa. It’s spacious, well equipped, clean, and we made great use of the pool. It’s in a beautiful development and we enjoyed being up in the hills - away from the crowds and a perfect temperature. Handy supermarket 10 min walk/2 min drive in the village. The pizzeria in the village was one of our favourite restaurants! We had an issue with the air con on the first day but Ian and Edgar were really responsive and sorted it out very quickly. My only niggle is that the beds weren’t the comfiest, but overall a great stay and would book again.

We had a wonderful time at Edgar and Ian’s villa who were both wonderful and responsive hosts. Really don’t have anything negative to say about the villa and would not hesitate to recommend and will be definitely coming back for future stays!

Fantastic stay and wonderful hosts, would be my first choice in the future if looking to stay in the same region. 5 stars.
