Best Airbnb we have ever stayed. Nejmeddine went above and beyond to be hospitable and gave us great recommendations. The place with the pool at Dar Evelyn is absolutely stunning. I came with a group of 7 and we all had the best time there. The rooms were sparkly clean, mosaics were everywhere, it was beautifully decorated, and had a stunning rooftop for breakfast and suntanning. Beds were comfortable and hot water was working. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. We even had a bad experience with a external taxi driver and Nejmeddine did more than he had to to fight for us, to get a good price, and save our trip back to Tunis. I cannot reccomend him more than enough. Can't wait to come back, thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay at Dar Evelyne, the hosts were super friendly and our room clean and quite. The courtyard is as beautiful as in the pictures and the locatiln ideal to discover Mahdia. We definitely recommend!

we loved staying here! the space was so full of light and colour. everything felt very comfortable; the bed, the terrace to have breakfast. perfect stay for when you're travelling around tunisia

Nejmeddine’s dar is a great spot if you are staying in Mahdia. Centrally located in the old city with a wonderful roof top to enjoy ocean views. Nejmeddine was very flexible and allowed us to check in at our own convenience. Although parking in the town is free and when we visited (January) readily available it is not directly at the airbnb, about a 5 minute walk.

Dar Evelyne is the place to stay in Mahdia and the closest thing there is here to a traveler's house. The guesthouse is operated by a large and wonderful local family who were always very responsive and accommodating in every way. You're steps away from the medina, and the ocean. You can see the ocean on both sides of the peninsula from their rooftop terrace -- a great place to enjoy your daily breakfast (included in your stay).
