We have created a unique nature lodge in Scarborough. Our dream is for this magical piece of heaven to be a refuge for our guests, a place to set sail, walk on a pristine beach, feel the coolness of the ocean beneath your feet, sit around a campfire and enjoy the night sky with abundance of stars, and then fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Beach walks, cycling, star gazing, surfing, windsurfing, and hiking are all on our doorstep. It is within easy walking distance to pristine Scarborough beach and the quaint village where you will find a variety of restaurants and delis. Olive Cottage is built all with handcrafted wood, so the feel of a log cabin, but those folder stacker doors when open, are just stunning, and you can feel the sea air driftng in and can watch the waves break. Scarborough is safe, so you can even sleep with the doors open. It also has a private, deck, where you can have a braai and sit around the fire, with a good bottle of win and just feel the stress fall away. It has a lovely hardwood shower, with piping hot water.
