Uma bela noite de repouso num espaço pacifico e calmo! Tinha bastantes condições dentro da casa para o tamanho da mesma, sendo que me senti extremamente confortável tanto no estabelecimento como em Lavre. A freguesia de Lavre era pacata, dava para passear facilmente e muito tranquila durante a noite, com pessoas muito simpáticas! Destaco também o host Matias, sempre disponível para contacto, com muito boa comunicação, prestável e ainda disponivel para dar recomendações locais em Lavre.

We arrived after 2.5 hours of driving and the apartment was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. The shower was not clean everywhere hair, lime stains, mold and rust. In addition, it needs to be completely renovated, like the whole apartment. The floor has water damage in the entrance area because the front door does not close properly. The coffee machine was missing as well as clean towels, sheets and soap. The host said, when asked, it was not 100% and we could just buy the missing things. The seal of the refrigerator was full of black mold, in the bathroom and hallway also black mold. The whole apartment smelled so unpleasant that our dog did not want to enter the apartment. On the terrace there was a drying rack with the underpants of the neighbor or host, I don't know. Furthermore, the chairs and the table were broken. I don't understand how you can rent out such an apartment, we left right away so as not to endanger our health. I absolutely can’t recommend this apartment!

Matias was a wonderful host! Accommodating of our late check in and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place, it has everything and more of what you would need for a comfortable stay.

We stopped by Lavre for one night but ended up spending 2 nights and enjoyed our stay a lot. Matias was very responsive and very helpful to all our inquires . The room was clean and even had a washing machine, dryer line and an iron! Matias replaced the electric water kettle with a brand new one as soon as we let him know the old one stopped working. He also sent us many great tips about the area and recommended great restaurants which turned out to be excellent. We really appreciated his great service and hope he will keep on being an excellent host.
