Private home with a great balance of colonial and modern. Perfect for one to two people who enjoy indoor/outdoor living. The house has amazing airflow with 16 foot ceilings throughout and an air conditioned bedroom. The patio and private dipping pool make the house a perfect refuge from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Only 1 block away from La Plancha Park, Merida’s new “Central Park” and 2 blocks from the start of Calle 47 Ruta de Gastronomia, the newly pedestrinized restaurant district.

Casa Derecha is a great place to stay in Centro Merida. Close to restaurants, cafes and beautiful La Plancha Park is only a block away. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the many things Merida has to offer.

Adams place was perfect. Close to central downtown where there are lots of restaurants and shops and also close to a new park which was great for working out. Adam was super helpful and provided great recommendations, would highly recommend!

Barrio de Chembech is in east centro with its own local market and many small restaurants and cantinas to enjoy. The heart of centro is a 20 minute walk for more tourist oriented and upscale fare. The locals are friendly, always saying hello, and are open for an evening chat when you walk by, if you so desire.

出行信息

Plaza Grande and Paseo de Montejo are about a 20 minute walk. An Uber or taxi to the same areas will cost about $30 mxn ($1.50 USD). Alternatively, there are regular buses that go into centro at the corner of the block. If you have a car, there is street parking available.
