CONS: The living is definitely not big enough for very many people to lounge in and it is its own separate room, NOT open to the kitchen. For a jouse that otherwise comfortably sleeps 25 people, that was surprising and very frustrating. Th dining room is also rather small, as is the kitchen. For the cost of the property we felt there should be much more TP supplied. The front balcony railing was a serious hazard. not safe at all. the water is currently VERY far from the back of the house. The layout of the beds on AIRBNB is wrong. There is an RV park in the front yard, which means there is almost NO grass for use. Communication with the host was virtually nonexistent until the day of our stay. PROS: There were more than enough towels, which was awesome. Check out was easy breezy. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Overall, the property was dissapointing enough that we would never stay there again. We made do and had a fun time despite the lacking accommodations.

Great home! Great location! Customer service was good. We will definitely be staying here again.
