Excellent experience! Great location to enjoy the quiet beauty of the island yet be close to town and a wonderful local beach. Nicoletta and her team were very attentive and helpful. The farm house retains “old country” charm yet has modern amenities as well, including great WiFi. You are in close walking distance of a coffee shop and two restaurants that many locals dine at. With a few minute drive, you can also enjoy a wonderful beach with restaurants or be in town with all the shops and restaurants. The house has several places to gather and eat or just hang out. The inner courtyard is wonderful if its during a warm afternoon. One of the outer courtyards are great including a top deck with a view of the sea, if it’s a little cooler in the evening. We enjoyed going to the local bakery and store so we could prepare in one of two kitchens a wonderful breakfast at the house. We were a very small party but you could have much larger party staying there. I highly recommend.
During our trip to Patmos with my family, Nicoletta’s beautiful house where we stayed became a turning point for us. It provided separate areas of freedom for each of us and, at the same time, mesmerized us all with its breathtaking view that brought us together. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Aggeliki and Nicoletta for making this vacation perfect for us. They were extremely attentive and promptly resolved all our questions and concerns. Aggeliki and Babis were very friendly and helpful. The terrace of the room I stayed in offered the most beautiful views I have ever seen in my life. We will definitely come back here and recommend it to all our acquaintances.

I am from Athens, however I have very close ties with two beautiful Greek islands Santorini and Patmos. As my father’s family is from Santorini I spent all my summers there. Since I am a licensed tour guide, in 2004 I decided to move to Santorini in order to work there. This was a great chance to start renovating my family’s properties in order to be able to share them with people from all over the world. In addition, many years ago, my mother visited the island of Patmos, fell in love with it and decided to buy two beautiful pieces of land, including very old farmhouses in ruinous condition, that she slowly renovated. In this way, our family and numerous friends enjoyed many unforgettable Patmos Easters and summers. Nowadays, I am responsible for the good condition of the houses that I rent out and share the beauty and special ambiance of this island with our guests. I am very lucky since my twin daughters, Alexandra and Christina, having completed their studies abroad in hospitality management and tourism, returned to their roots in order to continue and develop what I started. Genuine hospitality, love and respect for the island, as well as the embracement of the local culture define our core values. Nowadays we all share our time between Santorini, Patmos and Athens, and have the honor and pleasure to share our family’s story and our love for these islands, with visitors from all over the world. After many years in the hospitality industry, today I have the pleasure along with my daughters to embrace one more much loved island home, my husband's summer house on the island of Hydra. The house was built by my father in law 40 years ago. My husband Dimitris will be managing the house in Hydra.
