The apartment has a lovely private outside area where you can sit back and relax as well as the city's best entertainment and dining experiences right around the corner, your stay will be as special inside the apartment as it will be outside. The building has controlled access from Tyrwhitt Avenue and the apartment comes with 2 complimentary, secure underground parkings should you wish to park your vehicle. The main access to the floor is through the elevators near the building lobby however there is also an elevator directly from the underground parking. The apartment is newly furnished and has been stocked keeping in mind the needs of every modern traveller. 1) Living Room The living room has been appointed with furniture whose color and design evokes a sense of calm and relaxation. A large cozy L shape couch in the corner of the living room makes for the perfect opportunity to sit back and read a book against the natural light that lights up the apartment. There is a Smart HD TV along with Netflix and YouTube in the living room to ensure that you are never bored inside the apartment. The apartment has unlimited WIFI internet access throughout so that you remain well connected during your stay. 2) Kitchen and dining area The modern kitchen is equipped with top of the range appliances from Bosch and Samsung amongst other large brands to make sure all of your needs are catered to including a hob, oven, refrigerator, washer & dryer as well as a microwave. The kitchen also has a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods for you to enjoy delicious coffee during the stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, plates and glasses so that you don't have to worry about anything. The dining area has a lovely round glass table that easily seats the family.
