The cottage is well located to take advantage of the surrounding area with its many renowned sites of natural and cultural heritage. Our detached 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday cottage has all modern household amenities including Wi-Fi, a 50" smart HDTV, a modern and equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. The spaces are open and bright, which, in combination with the warm colours and subtle decoration, create a pleasant and relaxing environment. The house is designed around a central point, with two access points to the rooms on the ground floor, while there are two separate bedrooms and en-suites upstairs. On the ground floor, the reception leads to the downstairs bedroom on the right and, on the left, to an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Adjacent to the lounge area is a closed sunroom, with large windows and views of Mulroy Bay and Fanad to the front and the enclosed garden with views of Muckish Mountain to the rear. The rear area of the house offers additional parking space along with a patio area, a two-storey garage and around a half acre of lawned gardens, which provide an excellent space for kids, big and small! The upstairs floor of the garage is a carpeted games room that has a pool table, multiple sofas, a Hi-Fi system, Lego and board games. The bottom floor of the garage is used for personal storage as well as for storing garden furniture and sports equipment, which are available to guests.
