Beautiful cozy home! would return
It’s a fantastic house, located only 2h away from NYC. It’s the perfect gateway, I keep coming back to. The house is beautiful, cozy, confortable and clean. The area is peaceful, quiet with every you may need around. Ari has been an amazing and generous host, very responsive and with lots of great recommendations. I highly recommend this house!
I can’t wait to come back!! It’s a fantastic Airbnb.
We had a great stay at Ari’s place. The place is quite spacious for kids to have fun and the host has a lot toys and books for them to spend time on. Interior design is also nice and unique. we all enjoyed the sunlight filled living room very much. The couch cushions are extremely comfortable and can serve as beds too. There are plenty of supplies to use, a lot pillows and lot towels.
This is a beautiful house and so peaceful. Very quiet home. We had a lovely stay.

自我介绍
Originally Greek Ari came to NYC for the first time 20 years ago to receive academic training in engineering as a graduate student. After 3 years in NYC, 8 years of practice in construction management and architectural design followed in Europe (Greece and Bosnia) before returning to NYC in 2011. This time together with his partner Dina and their 1 year old son Demian. It was in these 9 years that followed that Ari found the opportunity to develop a sustainable design concept by making space optimizing, multifunctional furniture and art out of reclaimed materials. In an effort to motivate others towards sustainability a website was created to share this work. ( (Website hidden by Airbnb) The name emphasizes the need to treat our furniture as temporary stations in our lives that adjust to our space, needs and budget over time. LivingUPstation is a long awaited dream that became a reality in 2020 and brings together all materials reclaimed over the last 9 years. We are thrilled to be able to share this work with our guests since February 2020.
