Jorge was an amazing host. We had transport issues and he gladly took some of us from Cali to the finca. In the same way, Herney took us out of the dirt road to the nearest town, so we can find a taxi back to the city. We had an incident where some tiles from the bathroom floor fell on my teenage nephew while he was having a bath. His screen phone was broken in the incident. Fortunately, he was okay and we carried on with out activities. The place is enormous and we especially enjoyed the barbecue area, the common areas and the sauna. Good experience overall.
