We loved our stay in Pognana on our first trip to Italy and Lake Como! We wanted the classic view of the lake from the balcony and this is better than you can imagine, the photos don’t do it justice. The balcony gets the sun in the afternoon and evening so perfect to sit with a drink and watch the boats go by. The apartment itself is also stunning, spotlessly clean, modern and free of clutter but also cosy in the evening. We cooked in the evenings and the kitchen had everything we needed (go to the shop on the road opposite, open until 12:30 for local, fresh food much cheaper than the shop 10mins away). The host sent lots of recommendations and self check in was super easy. We only used public transport using the C30 bus from Como (the bus stop is right outside!) which we took to Bellagio (around 30-40mins) and took any boats to nearby towns from there on other days so was really easy. We loved it and would 100% recommend and come back for another visit to the beautiful Lake Como.

L’appartamento di Cristina offre un panorama meraviglioso sul lago di Como. La posizione è ottima per chi si sposta in auto, inoltre molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Salone luminosissimo e balcone spazioso. Cristina è stata un’host cordiale ed estremamente presente e reattiva. Check-in e check-out semplici e veloci.
