Sehr schönes Anwesen. Mitten in der Natur. Tolle Außenanlagen mit Pool und Whirlpool. Drumherum viele Olivenbäume und toller Blick zum Meer. Allerdings nur wenn das Wetter klar ist. Alles war sehr sauber, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen. Check in war einfach, wir wurden direkt zur Villa geführt. Bei Fragen haben wir schnelle Antworten bekommen. Küchengeräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dichtung der Spülmaschine war nicht ganz dicht, einmal ist sie deswegen ausgelaufen. Die Tiefkühltruhe im Kühlschrank hat nicht immer funktioniert. Alles in allem wunderschön und sehr zu empfehlen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Torchiano. It has a great outdoor kitchen and living space and amazing views. A car is essential as in the middle of countryside but great location for exploring all the nearby towns and beaches. It is very well equipped and comfortable. I highly recommend it

My wife and I had an excellent stay at Casa Torchiano. The property was just what we were looking for - a peaceful and relaxing getaway while also being in close driving distance to all Puglia has to offer. Our host Ilena was wonderful, providing us with a number of local dinner and beach recommendations while also being very responsive to any questions we had. And don't forget the view - arguably one of the best of the Monopoli coastline. Overall, we would highly recommend to those looking for a relaxing countryside stay and a place to call home while exploring Monopoli and the broader Apulian region.

Beautiful house! But poor communication and unprofessional approach when we didn't have any running water on the last day and couldn't make the checkout time - we had only the pool water to make the dishes and prepare food for our toddler. Had no possibility to shower before flight home. It's fine, but why no flexibility or appologies for the inconvenience even though the cleaning team didn't arrive until 1,5 h later? Make sure to bring cash on check-in for baby crib and baby chair because they don't offer you to pay it with card or on checkout and if you don't have the exact amount they will not give you change but offer you to come and get it yourself at their office 20-25 min car ride from the house according to Googl maps. So don't forget cash! Brilliant place besides these hickups.
