I had booked for my staff (not the highest of standards), and they were not happy with the accommodation. They complained of both smell and cleanliness. I moved them to a new location. I did not bother to complain or request any changes, as I was too busy to deal. Hoping others do not have the same experience.

Ich habe einige Zeit in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und würde auch jederzeit wiederkommen! Mein Zimmer super gemütlich, sehr sehr sauber und freundlicher Flair. Egal welches Anliegen ich hatte, stets war jemand zur Hilfe da. Die Küche war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Wenn ich nochmal nach Nusa Dua komme, buche ich die gleiche Unterkunft!! ♥️

Gut zu finden.Tolles Frühstück und guter Kaffee. Alle Angestellten super nett. Zimmer war sehr sauber Einziger Nachteil als Paar,dass wir getrennte Betten hatten :-)

Good stay, Friendly staff, close to Nusa dua. It’s located next to high St. and very noisy if you are a light sleeper you should avoid, last but not least shower water pressure was really low I could barely take a shower with unexpected hot and cold water. Overall you get what you pay for.
