We had a wonderful stay! This is a GORGEOUS place where we felt very safe. I LOVED how spacious it was…it makes you feel royal and like you are part of Paris. Close to everything. I read reviews about subway but this was part of the charm! It’s downtown Paris! It did not cause us to lose sleep. Showers were amazing with lots of pressure. And the host went above and beyond! Exceptional place!

So happy we chose to stay at this magnifique apartment instead of a hotel. Great, central, upscale and safe location! So nice to have a large, comfortable common space to enjoy together. Check-in was super-easy and host was flexible about meeting a little later. The building felt safe and secure, with an exterior door that was (usually) closed at the street, another door into the building, and a door into the apartment itself. Three different door codes - easy to use. The location is excellent for exploring tout Paris. It’s not a neighborhood-y kind of location with lots of hidden gem little cafes, but you won’t go hungry. (Broke - maybe : ) There a a few grocery stores within a half mile. Nice to have a dining table for 12 and powder room AND extra shower room. Only minor negatives: the Metro rumble, which we knew about from reviews (it doesn’t run 12am to 5am) and some minor construction next-door. Mostly tarps flapping loudly in wind. Bedrooms are a tad dark. I’d stay here again!

While the apartment was beautiful and a wonderful location the management left out key details which impacted our stay. The metro goes underneath the building, which makes the whole building shake every 20 min, at first we thought it was an earthquake. Secondly, there is major construction happening in the adjoining building which starts at 7am and goes all day. Most days the construction was right outside our bedroom windows. The management dismissed our concerns and made no attempt to help or compensate us for the major inconvenience. I would not recommend staying here until they can provide proof the construction is over.
