Overall, we had a great stay there. All rooms had master bathrooms and the second floor had a very spacious gathering room (we were 21 adults and 7 infants 8 vehicles). Since the building was a bit old, the entrance room got locked but Tony helped us fixing it in person very quickly. The pool was owned by a hotel, 5 minutes driving distance away from the cottage. We were allowed to use the pool with limit of max 5 person at a time. A small private beach was available within 3 minutes walking distance but because of many stairs we couldn’t use it with kids. Fortunately, there was a beautiful provincial park with a nice beach within 10min driving distance. We would love to book this place again in future.

The place is not what it looks like the picture was taken when the house was newly built. The decor really outdated. Shower curtains full of mould. One of the upstairs bedrooms has bed bugs. They tell you only the bbq is available for cooking it was filthy so dirty to the point it caused small grease fire. Waisted some of our food. The house electricity wiring isn’t able to provide enough power to use portable stove or cooktop. Every time we would try to use outlets we would have an issue where all the outlets stopped working that also cut out the wifi. Overall this trip was a waist of money for my family. We didn’t get access to the pool or hot tub due to an event going on. There was no prior knowledge of this information so our kids where extremely disappointed. The water was a bit rocky that day as well no access to boats or canoes. Overall waist of money and trying to get a refund is like pulling nails with air band b I wouldn’t recommend Toni’s spot to anyone until he put in some serious upgrades and renovations to this property especially people with small children.

This was a very disappointing stay from the getgo, the place lacks cleanliness and hygiene and it has a lot of safety hazards. The stairs at the entrance are very rickety and not in the best shape, especially with kids and some senior people with us it was quite risky. The bedsheets, curtains have stains on them in most of the rooms and there is a bad odour through the cottage, the feel of the place is very gloomy and depressing. There is a huge need for maintenance, the air conditioning didnot work in the room either. Lot of exposed wires in areas and the bathrooms were extremely dirty and unkempt. Overall the place was very uninviting and didnot make us feel very comfortable. The facilities listed like the hot water tub or the pool none of them were available during our stay which was not what we were expecting. Would not recommend it.

The accommodations were rustic but everything we needed. Lots of space and great proximity to the water. Waterfront had lots of boating options which were great if a little pricey. Water is shallow for a long distance, which was good for our kids age (infant-10) Nearby indoor pool was convenient. Would rent again, in all, the stay was great.
