Le Bijou AIR HOME is a newly built condominium that was completed in 2019. Offering luxury and contemporary amenities, we strive to provide an exceptional experience and service to our guests. Located in the heart of urban Montreal (NDG/CDN neighbourhood), minutes away from downtown. Features: Large open concept living space, Full functioning kitchen, Large open concept living space with marble floors, A/C, free Wi-Fi, Beautiful bedrooms, Smart TV, On site staff: Our part time on-site staff will ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Kitchen and Living Area: Contemporary open concept kitchen featuring marble floors: fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric cook-top, oven, and essential cookware. We offer standard cups, plates and bowls. PLEASE NOTE: Due to covid-19 for the safety of our guests and staff we are not offering utensils at the moment. If this is something you require - please bring your own and contact our team and we can provide you with sanitized utensils Bedroom: Each bedroom offers: king size, queen size beds with brand new mattresses. The beds will always be freshly made upon your arrival with clean linens. Bathrooms: Modern bathroom design featuring marble floors, a full size bath tub with shower. Fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival. Quiet Times: We kindly ask that our guests refrain from making loud noises from the hours of 11pm - 6am. This is to respect other guest’s in our AIRHOME, so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and relaxed stay. Parking: On-site parking is available and limited to 16. A spot will be assigned to you during check-in, on a first come first serve basis. PLEASE NOTE: A $20 parking fee will be charged per day. Smoking Policy: This is a NON-SMOKING property. Please do not smoke inside of the unit; smoking in the unit will set off the fire alarms in the building. If guests would like to smoke, please do outside or on our rooftop terrace and kindly dispose of your cigarettes after. If our on-site staff discovers you have been smoking inside of the unit, you will be charged accordingly for the damages such as cleaning and replenishing the room to get rid of the odor and stains.
