Pros: the host was super cooperative and professional they let us check in 3 hours early. The place was less than 15 minutes away from the boardwalk and nasa. My experience wasn’t great. To start, we entered the property and there were dead bugs in the sink and on the end table. You could tell it had not been mopped or swept prior to us arriving. The refrigerator had stains and grass in it. My husband and I are very low maintenance people so we just thought that we would just clean it. That same night we were laying on the couch watching TV and there was a bug crawling on me. We turned on the light and realized that the bugs were crawling in from the door because the door wasn’t sealed properly. We have two toddlers that stayed with us, and they would walk or play and make noise. I tried keeping them as quiet as I could. But they are just kids. The neighbors downstairs didn’t seem to like it. They banged on the roof a few times and then they came to talk to my husband.we left early.

Great for the price! We had to request an early check-in and the host was very accommodating. We had an issue with the keypad when getting in the door but host answered right away and super helpful. Our only small complaint, the blinds didn’t close all the way so we had to block those off at night and there was some old soap in the shower when we got there. Overall great stay!

Jose's place is quaint, extremely clean, very quiet for the most part. It is located less than a mile from the bay and an excellent restaurant. I would stay again.
