First time air bnb exerience. Great house, lots of space! Provided more than expected household amenities (ex. dishes, linens, trash bags, soap, etc), quiet and nice golf course community. Only minor complaints that kept this rating from all 5's: slow internet and oven in pool house did not operate but oven in main house worked, and high fees! Managing agency's personnel were all super friendly, prompt, and responsive. Would love to visit this property again, we had a great time!! Visit Lopez Hill Art and Tequilla while there. A beautiful property! Very spacious and comfortable. The wild flowers were in bloom and beautiful during our stay. The property is located in an upscale rural area near private lakeside homes. Do read the fine print: pool heating is available for an additional fee and strolling on the adjacent golf course is prohibited. The property managers were lovely and responsive and clearly have a commitment to high level hospitality.
We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The host was exceptionally accommodating and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The space was not only stylish and comfortable but also clean. The location was great, offering both tranquility and close enough to the city center. Whether we were relaxing on the porch with a stunning view or exploring the local area, every moment felt special. We can't praise this Airbnb enough and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. We can't wait to return!"
This place is a huge treat and held our group of 12 well. We really enjoyed the remote location and the large pool. There are plenty of places throughout the property for you and your group to hangout. Would definitely book again.
The stay was extremely relaxing! We had five families staying here and there was plenty of space and private bedrooms for each family! The ac stopped working with this 3 digit heat and they sent an ac company out as soon as they were able to on a Friday. There were 17 of us and everything went perfect and each of us had a relaxing blast on our vacation! Thank You so much!

Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredricksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has alot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.
A car is required to get around Horseshoe Bay given its a more rural setting
