The location and staff are good but the place was not clean There is smell , insects in the room , broken toilet cover, poor sound proofing,very low quality materials.

The location is just amazing! Really loved the closeness to the TERMINI station and a lot of restaurants nearby. When it comes to the room, I have to say that there was a really strong smell and also it is really old and the bathroom so basic and rundown. There is also no breakfast included in the price, although the pictures make you think so.

Quiet place near the station. Not a Luxory stay, but I had everything I needed for one night. Private shower, comfortable bed and quiet sleep. The staff was very nice and friendly

We particularly appreciated the possibility to check-in late. The accommodation is near to the main station, it was very convenient. People were very nice and prompt to help. Considering the price, we certainly couldn't ask for more.

A great location if you need access to the Roma train station. Small place, as advertised, perfect for solo or couples only that need access to public transport and walk to centre of Rome. Thanks
