Sheila’s cottage is perfectly situated for exploring Ithaca/Lake Cayuga. The lake is at your doorstep, though be warned there are lots of stairs (they are worth it). At the same time, you are super close to town for restaurants/shopping with great hiking only minutes away as well. We enjoyed the most amazing hikes to nearby falls. The cottage has everything that you need and Sheila is a wonderful host. I highly recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about this spot! Obviously, it is a lake house so be prepared for stairs, but gosh it is WORTH IT. Needed the getaway after my Mom passed and this was the perfect place for it. Got to see my Mom's old college town while also getting immersed with everything the areas had to offer. Well worth the money and the space was perfect.

We loved this cottage on the lake! The many flights of stairs are worth the privacy and view of the lake. Parking is included and well marked. The house came with everything needed for a long weekend - and had lots of instructions to ease the transition. Sheila was proactive and very responsive. We look forward to staying here again in the summer so we can enjoy more of the lake and outdoor amenities!

Beautiful house with lots of lighting that's really close to town. great view out the windows, nice porch and bonfire with a swimming/kayaking dock. Sheila was super nice and welcoming. Made accommodations for our very late arrival. Thanks for everything, would love to come back!

Clean and comfortable cottage with a great view. Quick drive into town. Would definitely stay here again.
