This is a private cottage located on the primary property of Maria! My name is Katie, I am your superhost. This cottage is completely private, you will have the entire cottage. Maria lives in her house which is on the property but not connected to your cottage! The lovely 2 bedroom cottage offers 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. One bathroom with a stand up shower stall which is located in the second bedroom with the queen bed. You must go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Linens and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers a microwave, convection oven, coffee pot, refrigerator and hot plates. There is no regular stove/oven but you will find with the large counter top oven and electric burners with pots/pans you will have all you need. There is also a charcoal grill (guests provide their own charcoal). Enjoy your private patio while you cook the perfect evening meal on your grill after a long day at the beach! In the kitchen you will find a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The living room offers seating for 4 and a smart TV with excellent Wi-Fi. Out the side door to the cottage Maria welcomes you to enjoy her fenced in back yard which is incredibly decorated with her personal paintings, she is most talented! Here you will also find the shared outdoor shower that will welcome you after a long hot day at the beach. Feel free to use the cornhole boards or lounge chairs in the back yard. Bring your bikes or rent locally! The neighborhood bike path leads you along the sound and to the Wright Brothers Monument. At the west end of the road you will have access to the private community sound front lot for picnics or fishing! Just a block down the road you will find the community boat ramp/access which is a great spot for sunsets and an easy walk from the cottage!
