Great house for a larger group and a good location; everything was as advertised: clean, spacious, easy check-in/check-out. Overall, a great value for a larger group.

Spring Brook Resort was beautiful and peaceful! The house was spacious and matched the photos. The touch of Christmas decor was so cute and warm. Loved that! My only complaint would be the cleaning fee. We were charged a cleaning fee but needed to wash ALL dishes and put them away and throw out all the trash. We were not given a dish sponge. We were only given 1 roll of paper towels for a weekend of 11 people and we were only given 2 pods for the dish washer… other than that, we loved staying here!

Beautiful home! Very spacious and clean, perfect for our group of 9. Definitely recommend this house!!

We really enjoyed are stay. It had plenty of room for everyone to move around. The grandchildren loved the access to the pool which was close by. Loved that we were celebrating Christmas and a Birthday it was perfect. I would recommend this to a large group. Very relaxing and the yard was a great place to take a family photo. The resort was very helpful. And on arrival was presented with a small gift for my Birthday.
