PRos - Its very near to IKEA and Design Village, Laundry services on 3rd floor, some choices for food and drinks. Car park fees is not cheap.. prepare >RM40 if overnight parking for 2 nights. Good stay for couples or with 1 child only. Also, near to a nice stroll exercise and picnic in a public park and good facilities such as a big pool, gym, kids playground and basketball court/other sport courts on parking multi-storeys. Negative - Khors place need to upkeep, maintain much cleaner in bathrooms /toilets and dusty cabinets. Curtains was loose on few ends. Should have microwave oven or a hood to clear some cooking odor. Please improve further to attract more customers as the Batu Kawan area is newly develop and close to big & well known manufacturing companies and also to the 2nd Penang Bridge and PLUS highway access.

Overall not bad .. A bit confusing with the carpark direction , which the commercial car park should be level 3 , not 3A , and also the door access by card to access which I miss take thought the password they provided is the door password and confusing myself until I manage to open the door . Just need more information from the host only .
