Amazing location! It was my first time in Philly and we walked every where, parking is also not a problem. The apartment is super cute and you get a lot of privacy! The bed is also really comfy!

The flat is lovely and in a great location, but be prepared to hear helicopters and metro till midnight. The neighborhood is quite lively, which is great during the day, but not during the night time. So be prepared and have some earbuds is you are a light sleeper. The flat overall is good. I wish it was cleaner. I didn’t notice the previous reviews about ants. There were a pain. You won’t be able to leave anything edible on a counter or table, there will be bunch of ants coming for a feast.

Great location in a friendly neighbourhood. Super close to a several nice coffee shops, restaurants and brunch places. There’s literally one across the road. Patrick was really good at communicating everything we needed to know and was accommodation as well. Great places to base yourself for a few days exploring. Plus the beds super comfy, which is always a bonus. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

It is a lovely apartment in a great neighborhood. The checkin was super easy and the bed was very comfy. Of course, the train sound is a bit intense, but easily forgettable after a short while. There were a considerable amount of ants roaming around when we arrived, especially in the kitchen. Sadly, Patrick didn’t answer when I asked if he would suggest anywhere for parking or if it was possible to extend my stay, but all in all a positive experience.
